Ordering and delivery

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 3 business days, and transit starts after that, not when you place the order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When is shipping free?

On any order over $150 USD in the United States, or over $200 CAD in Canada. Both thresholds sit above the price of any single piece, so free shipping always means two or more. It applies to the Standard service, and not to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US territories, which are served by a slower and more expensive network.

Will I be charged customs, duty or import tax?

No. The price you pay at checkout is the price of the order. Duties and taxes are settled before your parcel ships. If a carrier ever contacts you asking for a payment before releasing your order, do not pay it. Contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.

Where do you ship?

The United States and Canada. Nowhere else at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only before it enters production, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once a piece is in production it cannot be changed, because it is being made for you.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Only before it ships. We cannot redirect a parcel in transit, and redelivery costs on an incorrect address fall to you, so please check your address at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. You can also check it any time on the track your order page, using your order number and email address.

Sizing and fit

How do these fit?

Relaxed and boxy. If you want a closer cut, size down. Every measurement is on the size guide.

Will it shrink?

Heavyweight cotton relaxes slightly after the first wash. Wash cold, dry low, and it holds its shape.

The garments

What are they made of?

100% cotton throughout. Tees and long sleeves are 260 GSM. Hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants are 380 GSM brushed fleece. The weight and composition are printed on every product page.

Will the print crack or wash off?

No. Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low or hang, and do not iron directly on the print or the embroidery. The full care guide has the detail.

Returns

Can I return something?

Every piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen. Please use the size guide before ordering.

What if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

We replace it or refund it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph. See the refund policy.

Will sold out pieces come back?

No. Once an edition sells out it is closed and not reprinted.
