Where we ship
The United States and Canada. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
Production
Every piece is made to order. Most orders enter production within 48 hours and leave the facility within 3 business days. Embroidery and multi-placement prints can take a little longer. Production time is separate from, and comes before, the transit times below.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Transit begins when the order leaves production, not when you place it.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery is confirmed when the carrier's tracking marks the parcel as delivered.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties or taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing is billed to you on delivery.
Delays
Carriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control. If your order passes the combined production and transit window above, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier, or reprint it.
Wrong addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and redelivery costs on an incorrect address fall to you. See the refund policy.
