Return Timeline
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. This window ensures quick resolution and minimizes prolonged uncertainty for both you and us. Requests for returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Initiating a Return
Please access our self-serve return portal through your account login on our website to initiate a return. This automated process will guide you through obtaining a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent back without using our self-serve process will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Given the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order. This method is faster and ensures you receive the desired product quickly.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship only within the U.S. and Canada. We do not process orders or returns from outside these regions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
