Every piece is made to order, so production time is added to the transit times below.
Production
Most orders enter production within 48 hours and leave the facility within 3 business days. Embroidery and multi-placement prints can take slightly longer.
Where we ship
The United States and Canada. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

Transit begins once the order leaves production. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the price of the order. If a carrier ever contacts you asking for import duties or taxes before releasing your parcel, do not pay it. Contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.
Returns
Returns are handled under our refund policy, which sets the return window, what condition an item has to be in, and how to start a return. Read it before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or is not what you ordered, contact us straight away with your order number and a photograph and we will make it right.
Delays
If an order passes the combined production and transit window above, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier or reprint it.
