Every piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so each garment is printed for you after you buy it.
Production
Orders enter production within 3 business days of being placed. Embroidery and multi-placement prints can take slightly longer.
Transit
Shipping time begins once the order leaves production.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $150 USD or $200 CAD. Below that, cost is calculated at checkout by destination.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.
We will replace or refund an order that arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- Printed incorrectly, or not the item you ordered
- Materially different from the product page
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue.
Delays
If an order passes the combined production and transit window above, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier or reprint it.
